Guests & Bookings:
Booking Confirmed / Pending?
+ If you have not received a confirmation number, please check on your junk email or spam… Otherwise if not email was received: no reservation has been made.
+ If you have received a “Pending” confirmation but not your fully confirmed booking: it should take no more than a few days to fully process it, meanwhile please upload your registration form and documents… Either way you can buy your flight tickets; the spot is currently reserved for you.
Payment not yet processed?

+ We will process a 50% payment according to the policy and then you will receive a full confirmation email with a new balance.
+ The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival & before check in.
Modify your current booking?

+ We will try to respond within 24hours with an update.
In any case necessary AND if requested by email at least 15 days prior to arrival; the following rules apply:
+ We will consider any payments made as credit for ANY future bookings or dates (No Refunds Possible).

Wedding or group information request:

+ AzulPitaya also has wedding venue in front of the ocean, in order to be able to host a wedding event/party we would need your party to fully book our entire hotel. Otherwise we recommend the next door venue “Frente al Punto”
Booking with a Code, groups only:
We usually generate ONE or the OTHER:
A) Promotional Code: please write the promotional code before entering your dates on our booking engine; these are used for large groups or events.
B) Group Code: please write the promotional code before entering your dates on our booking engine; these are used for partial or entire Hotel buyouts.

Hotel in General:
Located directly on the beach?
Yes, we are happy to say that we are located on the beach; and additionally it has a private beach area only for guests, with beach chairs, umbrellas and restaurant service.
No, fortunately for some and unfortunately for others; we don’t allow pets under any circumstances. Don’t take this the wrong way, we love pets but there are some endemic animals and species that we want to prevail in the premises. Hope you can understand…
Transportation or shuttle included?
Transportation is not provided by the hotel nor included in rates…
We do recommend taking a regular taxi from the airport or Uber.

Day Pass for non guests?
We have a day pass feature available:
* No minimal consumption required and subject to availability…
